Please contact us first at return@abchobbyusa.com and receive prior approval  for your item return or exchange. We DO NOT accept any return or exchange without this approval. We only accept your return or exchange request for 20 days from the day of your purchase. Items returned for must be in brand new condition, sealed in their original box with all original packing materials and instructions. Please note that if you return a product that is not in brand new condition, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to you. Shipping charges are not refunded. This Shipping Charge really expresses the expense that we paid at the time of shipment. Flat Rate and Free Shipping setting at the time of sale are not equivalent to this postage. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s)back to us. Make sure your original invoice is dated within the last 20 days. When you return the item(s), please include a copy of the original invoice. On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address, and phone number.
